Required on H-D models that are equipped with factory alarm or security module, when converting to LED turn signals. Alarm friendly. Used to draw the same load as incandescent bulbs so your turn signals will not flash too fast, or sometimes refuse to flash at all, when converting to LED turn signals. The Custom Dynamics ‘Signal Stabilizer’ is not a regular resistor load equalizer, which draws current and develops heat, but uses a ‘coil technology’ to get the same result without drawing additional current.
