Oven upgrades Gozney’s signature lateral gas burner has been upgraded. Just like the Gozney Arc and Gozney Arc XL, the high-performance gas burner is now in the Dome Gen 2 and Dome XL Gen 2. The gas burner flame rolls over the roof of the oven, providing even heat distribution and high performance. Wood-Fire Control Kit Control wood-fire cooking like never before. This kit comes with a battery-controlled fan which injects air under the fire to improve and control the wood-fired burn rate. Great for high-temperature cooking but also perfect for the low and slow cooks. Included with spare batteries so you always have a spare ready to go, and a high-quality wood rake to separate the fire from your food.
