This 1970 banknote for 100 Francs from Belgium is a well circulated example and is there for graded at around Fine. The 100 Franc note has multiple creases but no tears or pinholes. Some minor soiling from handling exists. A collection filler at best but at this price it is also highly affordable to all ranks of collectors.
