This 1969 banknote from Belgium is not the best on the market and is graded at around Fine. The 100 Franc note has multiple creases but no tears or pinholes. Some minor soiling from handling exists. Certainly a good collection filler at this price and also keeping in mind that the 1969 notes are not so common. The pictures speak way louder than words.
