2013 World Heritage Sites – Willandra Lakes Region 1oz Silver Coin

Extremely special release by Perth Mint for the 2013 Sydney ANDA Coin Show. Only 2,500 examples were struck for the lucky few who have managed to acquire one. Continuing in the World Heritage Sites theme this coin depict the wedge tailed eagle which is common to the Willandra Lakes region. Stunning art work and bold colours make for an impressive coin and the strike is exceptional. 99.9% pure silver and one troy ounce of Perth Mint magic. This coin has an illustrated shipper and a plush style presentation box along with the COA. On the coin’s reverse we find the landscape of the Willandra Lakes Region’s and a proud Wedge-tailed Eagle perched on a tree branch. Over on the coin’s obverse we see the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year and the monetary denomination.
